A fresh and innovative coworking space has blossomed in the heart of Newcastle, providing creatives with a lush and eco-friendly environment to nurture their ideas.

We're located at 118 Fern Street, Islington. Our space is close to Beaumont street, but far enough away to have ample (free!) parking. We have a variety of spaces available, from a single desk to large areas with lockable storage, chat with us to see what we can do for you!

We have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fast wifi, storage options, a breakout lunch area, individual access codes for round the clock use, plus fresh herbs, always!

RATES: (please note all prices are excluding GST)

Large Workspace - $160/week

Medium Workspace - $90/week

Workshop spaces have lock-up storage closets and freedom to utilise how you wish.

* Workspaces are for a minimum term of 6 months.

Desk Space

Just need somewhere to break away from your day-to-day space, or sick of working from home? We have individual desks set up. These desks are leased permanently.

RATES: (please note all prices are excluding GST)

Permanent Desk - $50/week*

Desks have a cupboard, laptop stand, power board, desk and chair.

*Permanent desks are leased for a 3 month minimum
